Originally from Puerto Rico, I lived there for 25 years before moving to Florida to marry my soulmate. After 18 years in Florida, our family felt called to the mountains and relocated to Forsyth County, where we now enjoy life near the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. My husband, Julio (Chafi), and I are blessed with three wonderful children: Julise, Brianna and Ezekiel. We are proud homeschooling parents who value faith, family and lifelong learning.

In our free time, we enjoy hiking, traveling and working on DIY home remodeling projects. While Chafi expresses his creativity through graphic design, I enjoy crafting cold-process soap. As a family, we love singing and playing guitar and ukulele together. We also serve as Senior Members of the Civil Air Patrol, actively support community service initiatives and remain engaged in our local church.
